"Highly recommend Crash Realty" I use David as my property manager after hearing someone mentioned him to me. I find him a very hard working person. He always replied to my emails very quickly while I found that the other real estate agents could take much longer to respond. He is helpful and also able to secure a tenant for me very quickly. I have no hesitation to recommend anybody who wants to find a good property manager to try David and you won't be disappointed.

At that time, I was not working due to the injury, had two operations and looked after my teenage daughter to top it all. David took the house over, picked up and sorted out all the bits and pieces. It was cleaned, fixed, painted and rented to the new tenants in two weeks. David is managing my property for almost three years diligently, honestly and professionally. I am still living & working interstate and sleep peacefully at night knowing that my house is in great hands. I recommend David to anybody who is looking for the trustworthy Property Manager. The Crash Realty managed one of my investment properties since 29/6/2017. In December 2020, the property was sold by the Crash Realty and the Crash Realty charged a small commission and a small fee for the advertising. I was happy with the outcome. Since my accountant asked me a few times to change the managing agent for my other investment property, I decided to appoint the Crash Reality to manage my other property. July 2019 Winner - David Crash He is one of our best Property Managers. Not only is he good in manlauraging property but you can always count on for advise and support with anything to do with property. Unlike most Property Mangers I find him very response. If he does not attend to his phone he will ring back within an hour or less. I have two managed properties with Crash Realty. They are quick, helpful, very detailed tenant checks and reports, clear communication, punctual, great rates with all inclusive fee. They live up to what their website says and more. Amazing turn around with leasing. Had an open home on Saturday and on the Monday all applications (6) were reviewed, references checked, reports and recommendations sent to myself to look over and approve, and a lease was signed Tuesday. Would definitely recommend this team of hard workers.

David is by far the best Property Manager we have ever worked with. They are responsive, honour the terms of our contracts including our non-standard included terms and always put the landlord's interests first. We usually dread getting emails from PMs, as it is always bad news and something we have to fix. David on the other hand finds a way to ensure that the tenant is liable for the item, and if not, attempts to fix it himself or at reasonable cost. We often wonder who our other PMs are working for, and they certainly do not appear interested in helping us out - seeing us merely as the rich landlord that they can milk without doing any work. We have even had PMs tell us that an item cannot be claimed under insurance (when asked if they had read the policy and are able to act as an insurance assessor, the answer was no to both counts ... and the claim was approved) - they just did not want to do any work, instead wanting us to just pay up! It sure is a refreshing change to work with David, who now looks after 3 of our properties. He is our favourite PM by a long way and we would highly recommend him to anyone!
